■ Booking request
Tell us the room, the date and the hour. The more we know about the sound system and the crowd, the faster we can say yes.
Not a booking? Press goes to press@idanachtfeld.example and label questions to label@idanachtfeld.example.
■ How booking works
Four steps, usually two weeks from first email to signed contract.
01
Send the details
Date, room, capacity and sound system. Hold dates are fine.
02
We check the route
Most shows sit between two others, so geography decides a lot.
03
Offer and rider
A written offer, the rider and a hospitality note that fits on one page.
04
Advance
Three weeks out: times, tech call and the tape feed for the recording.
■ Questions
The ones promoters ask most. Anything else, write to us.
Club dates: eight to twelve weeks. Festivals: we plan the summer by February. Short notice sometimes works if the date sits between two shows already on the calendar.
A table 180 × 80 cm at waist height, four DI lines, two monitor wedges and 45 minutes to set up. The full rider is on the Press page.
